Caterpillar epidemic now in three C. Java districts

Caterpillars plaguing a district in the Central Java town of Kendal have now spread to two other nearby districts, aggravating the people and destroying plants.
Kompas.com reported Wednesday that while last week caterpillars were concentrated in Kendal district, they were now plaguing Ngampel and Brangsong Kendal districts.
“The number of caterpillars is growing,” Eko Suyono, a resident of Bugangin village in Kendal district, said Wednesday.
Eko, a public officer at the local public works agency, said he now could not work comfortably because caterpillars were entering his office.
Kendal agriculture agency officer Sudoyo said his office had received complaints regarding the caterpillars from the communities and that it was spraying pesticide and tree lopping in an attempt to reduce the caterpillar population.
Sudoyo added, however, that it would take time to get the situation under control.

The caterpillar’s boom caused by at the dry season, the caterpillar have an egg and at the rainy season like this, the caterpillar’s egg have a crack.
ReplyDeleteBut, I have a thought, why ever the caterpillar’s boom like this ? I think, because decreasing population of bird who eater of caterpillar. Why it’s decreasing ? the condition of our forest which worn out, it’s the major factor and if our forest had decrease or this quality have decrease, it’s will be influence bird’s habitat. The bird have a small place to put his nest.
Besides, it’s too caused by the time from caterpillar to butterfly is one month. When the egg’s have a time to crack, they must be waiting one month to be a butterfly.
we know that one of the causes of the plague of caterpillars was reduced predator populations ....

so one of the efforts to restore the situation that is rebalancing the ecosystem, hehe ....
Incident in our life that should have cause, from cause then effect, like caterpillar epidemic. That remember to us that the predator of caterpillar, like bird was decrease now. Beside uncertain weather. So, we have to save and not to hunt animal.

we live in this world not just to think bout how we live , but we also think that we all exist in this world that can complement each other , while there's a problem as we face today , caterpillar ,
well , God created all that exists in This earth would be useful , wouldn't he create something that is in vain , we should be addressing this with good thoughts , don't blame each other , and also make something that can make other people be offended ,
as you know , there are the aggrieved and of course there also are benefited by this problem , maybe the people who feel aggrieved are still not aware what the purpose of God to make things like this ,
so , this is what we have to think , make a case before a state without blaming others .
Negative sides:
ReplyDeleteThe epidemic fidgety the peoples. there are many of peoples who scared with caterpillar because they are afraid will be itchy which caused by feather of caterpillar. Beside that, it disturb the activities of the peoples, like not active some schools or some instance. it also damage in economy sector, especially in agriculture sector. The caterpillar eat much of harvest products until the harvest products of the peoples are increased.
Positive sides:
By the epidemic, mutual assistance of the peoples in order to exterminate the caterpillars together is construct, the shops which sell pesticide and insecticide are very profit. The epidemic is warning from God for the peoples to keep the balance of ecosystem. the epidemic happened because ecosystem is not balance cause by there aren't the predators which prey the caterpillar. And also, it is warning for the peoples to always remember and pray to God and it is lesson for the peoples to don't be desperate in exterminate the caterpillars and to be patient in faces this disaster because God never give the disaster over the capability of the creatures.

maybe it is a kind of warning from our God because we have made a lot of mistakes,so that we have to be aware toward our environment. and the negative effects from this phenomenon is that the caterpillars are destroying many trees and their leaves.

caterpillars have disturbed the people's activities and have threated the locals and also destroyed the environment.
ReplyDeletethe positive side from it,that we will be more respectful toward the balance of our nature, by not killing or hunting the caterpillar eaters, such as birds.
as it mentioned above that it is a kind of warning from God,so we have to realize that only God that can give such kind of "disaster". in this case, we have to think positively by always obeying the God's orders and not doing any other sins.

Negative impacts are many trees was eaten by caterpillar. Many people afraid with them. The caterpillar make many people itchy. They live in many trees and make the trees die. The trees can't grow optimum and make its population go down. the caterpillar also eat many rice in the farmers's field, so the rice was die. SO, many farmers get disanvantage. The caterpillar distrub the citizen activities. The caterpillar just not in field or in trees, but it also int the people's house and in the school. Because that, many students can concentration to do their National Examination. Their teacher was so afraid if their students can't get the maximum score because the caterpillar. So many caterpillar in the trees cause the trees must be cut to stop the spread of it. But, many people wrong when they cut the trees, because the trees which they cut not caterpillar there. It make the hot country become more hot than before.
ReplyDeletePositive impacts are many new discovery materials to eliminate the caterpillar. People buy medicine for their itchy in the shops, so the seller get more advantage. Many beautiful butterflies there. Now, many species of the butterflies there, because the caterpillar isn't general in our live. The new caterpillar can be a new object for research. From that, we can get the new species of butterflies from the caterpillar.

ReplyDeleteThis problem maybe is one kind of warning from our God because we have made a lot of mistakes in this life. The problem is caterpillars have disturbed the people's activities and also destroyed the environment around the people.
The positive side from the problem, we must more respectful to keep the balance of our nature and environment, especially the balance of our animals like not killing or hunting the caterpillars eaters such as many kinds of birds and etc. Besides, people who sell pesticide and insecticide are very profit because their pesticide and insecticide can kill the caterpillars. We also have to realize that only Allah swt who can give us many kinds of disasters, so we must be able to obeying the God's orders and never doing our sins in our life.
The negative sides, many trees in that area was eaten by caterpillars that made many people afraid with them because they made many people itchy and made the trees die because the trees can not grow optimum and make decreasing population of trees. While, the population of caterpillars increase because the caterpillars also eat many rice plants in the farmers field, so that the rice was die. The farmers get disadvantage because they can not sell their rice plants. The caterpillar also disturb the people's activities, like the people's activities in the house, school and the other places, so that the people can not doing their life activities easily.
